Below is our proprietary custom street sign assembly tool. At Signs-America.com we want to make the sign ordering process as simple and stress free as possible. Other sites throw you into the deep end with options for sign configurations that may result in a sign incompatible with current regulations. Add to that the many different options for mounting posts and hardware and your order may end up with components that are incompatible with each other.

With these things in mind we created an application to take the guesswork out of ordering a custom street sign. Below you can choose your sign style and size and begin designing your custom sign from scratch. After you are satisfied with your sign you will be asked what kind of pole or post you will be mounting your sign on, if any. Then you will be shown only the hardware that is compatible with your sign mounting surface and location. Don't need any hardware or posts? No worries. Our custom flat aluminum signs are hand made with INSERT SIGN METAL HERE sign blades and High Intensity reflective sheeting. All signs are double sided, unless chosen otherwise, with colors and text matching exactly between sides.

We offer custom flat aluminum street signs in either 6 inch height or 9 inch height. 6 inch height signs are for use in residential areas with speed limits from 0-25 Miles Per Hour(MPH). 9 inch height signs are for use in residential areas with speed limits over 25 MPH.

Both 6" and 9" height flat aluminum street signs are available in 24", 30", or 36" length.
